MORE than ever our community is craving connection
We know the Coronavirus pandemic has been especially difficult for local restaurant owners. Both Spire and Gray Media are committed to supporting our local restaurants during the crisis. Our goal is to help bring people together to “connect through cooking” by inviting local chefs to shoot videos of themselves in their own home kitchens, sharing cooking tips and easy to prepare recipes.
As our homes become our offices, schools, churches and gyms, there’s a refound appreciation for our kitchens, the meals prepared and the memories created around our dinner tables. Now, more than ever, people are wanting to connect with others through cooking.
It’s our hope that #ConnectedThroughCooking will bring our local chefs and restaurants into homes in our area and help connect us all, so we can overcome this crisis – together. With funding provided by Spire, #ConnectedThroughCooking will be able to reach and engage thousands throughout our community.
